The project are realized by MIP & TIKAV association. Project include trainings of Mukhtars of 159 neighbourhood and 63 village in Toros, Akdeniz, Yenisehir, Mezitli districts of Mersin City Center regarding communication techniques, correspondence rules and computer skills Being social and leading more efficiently with providing communication between the different districts Headmen and the Headmen of effective primary relationships and traditional construction districts, means that ensure that the villages Mukhtars, who have an important role in social life, have necessity skills needs of the era; purposing with Mukhtars School Project.
