The MIP Code of Ethics reflects our business principles and provides guidance on what is expected of employees when dealing with critical issues. It aims to introduce the relationship between the internal ethical principles and rules to the employees. At the same time, it ensures that the behavior and attitudes of managers and employees are formed within the framework of ethical principles and rules.
All of our employees and stakeholders are expected to fully understand the Ethical Principles of MIP, to conduct their behavior in accordance with high ethical standards and to comply with the Ethical Principles Procedure.
